If the customer requests Retour Jeans to deliver one or more items, there is a question of an agreement that is legally binding (distance selling).
Retour Jeans ensures the correct delivery of the ordered items. Retour Jeans reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement if the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions. The specified delivery time is an indication, no rights can be derived from this.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are giving Retour Jeans permission to keep you informed about promotions and other updates via email newsletters. At the bottom of every newsletter, you will find the option to unsubscribe from receiving new emails from Retour Jeans.
In order to provide you with a good and personalised service, we need some information from you. When you sign up for an account, your name, email address and phone number will be saved. This information will only be used for services that you have specifically requested, when placing an order or adjusting your information.
Your personal information will be included in the customer database of Retour Jeans. We use your personal information to perform the agreement, to carry out efficient customer management and risk management, and for marketing purposes. We will not share information with third parties.
Once your payment has been received, your items will be shipped through DPD. Within the Netherlands, all orders above €50 are shipped for free. Retour Jeans is not accountable for loss or damage during DPD transport. Outside the Netherlands, Retour Jeans only delivers to Belgium and Germany.
The prices specified on www.retourjeans.com are fixed prices, including VAT. They are not up for negotiation. The prices are in euros.
