That range on our website, is directly linked to our stock. If an item in a certain size is no longer in stock online, it means that this item is sold out.
You can order simply by logging in with your account and following the steps below.
- Put your item(s) in the shopping cart
- Once you are done shopping, check your order
- Then proceed to order checkout
- Check your personal information, and edit your delivery address if necessary
- Once all your information is correct, click pay
- Choose your payment method and then click place order

Once we have received your payment, you can expect your order within two working days. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped.
It is not possible to pick up your order at our main office or one of our sales locations.
- All orders above €50 are shipped for free. For orders of less than €50, you will pay €4.95 for shipping.
- If you want to return items, you will have to pay the return costs yourself. Make sure that the package has sufficient postage.
- Do you want to exchange items for another size or colour? Then we will pay for the shipment.
Exchanges and returns
If an item is not what you expected, you can return it to us.
There are a few conditions for returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 working days.
- You must include the return form and the packing slip (or a copy of this).
- Articles must be returned in their original condition, with labels attached.
- Not be worn and nor damaged.
- Not be washed.
- Not be mended (do not try to make repairs either).
Please note! The costs for the return shipment of the order are for the buyer. Make sure the shipment has sufficient postage.
Your return shipment will only be accepted if all these conditions are complied with.
If you buy an item in our web shop, you can exchange it (for another size or colour*) via the return form, within 14 days. The return form will be included with your order. Did you throw away the return form by accident or is there another reason why you don’t have it anymore? You can download a blank return form here and print it.
Please complete the return form and add it to the order you would like to send. Put the address label on the package and send it to us (with sufficient postage).

You will receive a confirmation from us, as soon as we have processed your item(s). It will take approximately 10 days from the moment of shipment until your order has been processed and your payment is refunded.
It is not possible to exchange or return your item(s) at our main office or one of our other sales locations.
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible; naturally we will do this in consultation with you. In principle, the postal charges for returning an item with a complaint, are to be paid by the customer. These costs will be refunded if the complaint is declared valid. The clothing must be washed according to the laundry instructions on the label. If you chose another laundry method, your complaint will always be declared invalid.
