iDEAL
iDEAL is an online payment method that allows you to pay for your order directly in the familiar internet environment of your own bank. The purchase amount is debited directly from your bank account.

Bancontact (only for Belgian consumers)
Bancontact is an online payment method that allows you to pay for your order directly in the familiar internet environment of your own bank. The purchase amount is debited directly from your bank account.

Klarna
With Klarna 'Pay later', you pay for your order in arrears once you have received it and decided to keep it. This way, you never pay for what you return. Klarna allows you to pay for your order within 30 days. Please note! Post-pay is not possible for everyone. Klarna performs a credit check and immediately shows whether your payment is approved or declined. Retour Jeans cannot see the reason for refusal.

PayPal
PayPal offers a secure way to make online payments within your own PayPal account. Link your bank account or credit card and pay in a few clicks.

Credit card

SOFORT
SOFORT Banking is a European payment method that allows payments to be made. Consumers log into SOFORT Banking using the data they use to log into their own online banking environment. From here, money can be transferred directly from one's current account.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine multiple discount codes in one order.

If you are unable to redeem your discount code, please check the following steps:

- Is the discount code still valid?
- Have you entered the discount code correctly? Remove spaces at the end of the code.
- Is the discount code valid on the items in your basket?
- It is not possible to redeem multiple discount codes at the same time on one order. Have you already entered another discount code? Then the second discount code will unfortunately not be accepted.

Have all the above steps been completed and the discount code is still not working? If so, please contact our customer service team.

Klarna performs a credit check and immediately shows whether your payment is approved or declined. Retour Jeans cannot see the reason for refusal. We advise you to place the order again and choose another payment method. Take here contact Klarna's helpdesk for more information regarding the refused order.

If you have used a discount code with a fixed amount, it will be divided among the products in your order. If you return items, you will be refunded the price of the item minus the discount per item.

For example: You have ordered five items and use a discount code with a fixed amount of €10, then you have received €2 discount on each item. If you return one of these items, you will receive the amount you paid for it (the retail price) minus €2.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to add your discount code afterwards. Some discount codes remain valid, so you can still use them on your next order.
