Standard delivery by DPD:

 

If you have placed your order before 12 AM on a working day, the parcel will be given to DPD the same day. Provided there are no delays at the carrier, your parcel will be delivered the next day at the given address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. If this fails, the parcel will be delivered to a DPD location near you.

Have you placed your order on a working day before 12 AM? Then it will be dispatched the same day with DPD.

 

As soon as your parcel leaves our distribution centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace code to follow the parcel. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. If this fails, the parcel will be delivered to a DPD location near you.

 

*Attention! During our sale period or other promotions, you may have to wait longer for your order than you are used to from us.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that your parcel is slightly delayed by the carrier. We advise you to check the track & trace information carefully first. If the track & trace information is incorrect, please contact our customer service. We will find out where the parcel is and if necessary start an investigation.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order from our head office or from one of our points of sale.

For orders over €50, you pay no shipping costs. If you place an order with a total amount below €50, shipping costs are €4.50.
